Refund policy

  • NO REFUNDS 
  • Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of intimate apparel item it is not possible for us to process returns/exchanges on the following items. Panties, fajas, bodysuits, postpartum, post surgery, shapewear, swimwear, underwear.
  • All body shapers  and personal products are FINAL SALE.
  • Manufacturing defects are considered for exchange/store credit within 10 days of original purchase. These returns/exchanges will not be possible until it is determined to in fact be a manufacturing defect and not due to wear or improper washing.
  • Purchases made with promotional coupons/vouchers are final sale.


    It is very important that the garment have all its labels, without any stains, odor free and inside its original packaging. 
    You must then send the package and send along with your corresponding  order number.

    After the package arrives to our facilities, our quality control team will verify that the garment is in satisfactory condition and we will then refund your total amount to your credit card that you used to purchase. 

    If customer wants a replacement you can place it as a new order.


    To change your order you have 10 days to send back the merchandise, with all tags still attached. All items must be unworn and free of scents or marks, and they must be returned in their original packaging.


    Your product should be approved for exchange by our returns department and fulfill the criteria and conditions of the new state of the products to be received as a change.
    All returns and exchanges are subjected to quality approval from our warehouse.
    Our warehouse must confirm the item’s arrival in order to proceed with a refund.
